LuckyHit is an online casino owned by Digital Energy Ltd, running on the Aspire Global network of sites. Being part of a well-established and large network, this offers players a number of deposit methods as well as a big selection of games to choose from. But is this site a LuckyHit or a BadMiss?

First Impressions of LuckyHit

If we’re being completely honest, LuckyHit has to be one of the slowest loading casinos we’ve ever visited. When we first entered the site none of the games actually loaded, just the image of the welcome offer. It wasn’t until we clicked on the ‘casino’ tab at the top of the page that we could actually see what games were available! Not the best of starts for LuckyHit casino… To fully test all elements, we first looked at the registration process. This is a very simple affair of providing all usual contact information.

When you’ve provided all the information you won’t be able to make a deposit until you’ve got through the KYC process. As part of Know Your Customer you’ll have to upload a copy of your photo ID, either a driving licence or passport. Then you’ll need to add proof of address, and proof of deposit. If you plan to deposit using a debit card you will need to upload a picture of this. Customer service is available via live chat if you do get stuck. They may well be able to speed up the process for you if it is taking too long.

Choice of Slots and Casino Games at Lucky Hit

Once you’ve completed that and you get to a part of the casino that loads, then its nice and easy to use. Games are first of all shown as ‘featured’ and right at the top of this list was Rich Wilde and Book of Dead. If you’d prefer to find you own game rather than those featured you can use the menu tabs to head over to slots, jackpots, table games and all games. Also, at the top of the screen is ‘live casino’ where players can head to play some roulette or blackjack. You can also search by game or provider if you have something specific in mind.

Deposits, withdrawals and player safety

As far as withdrawals are concerned a list of time taken to process can be found in one handy table if you wish to know this in advance. For debt cards the withdrawal time is 0-6 working days which is pretty vague. If you feel the withdrawal request is taking too long or you’re having issues, then the best option is to contact customer support using live chat. Alternatively, you can send them an email, but when we clicked on the link for the email address it took us to a blank page, another BadMiss. It definitely goes without saying that LuckyHit is one of those casinos that you need to fully and carefully research before you decide to make a deposit. The online reviews are not great for sites that are part of the aspire global network.

One part of the site that does work is finding out about licencing and regulation. It is licenced by the UK Gambling Commission 39483 and the Government of Malta under reference MGA/CRP/148/2007.
